10 years on major components (compressor, coil, heat exchanger) when the system is registered within 60 days of install. We register every install for you.
Labor
Our labor warranty is written into every install contract. Length depends on system tier and maintenance-plan enrollment.
Refrigerant
Refrigerant top-ups on warranty repairs are included for the first two years. Beyond that, only the labor is warrantied.
Keeping your warranty valid
Every manufacturer requires documented annual maintenance to honor the parts warranty. Skipping tune-ups voids it — no exceptions. Enrolling in one of our maintenance plans is the easiest way to stay covered.
